Galahad for Harvey Dent/Two-Face
Harvey Dent is the District Attorney for Gotham City, and one of the few public officials that isn't corrupt. He is Bruce Wayne's best friend, but has an uneasy appreciation for the Batman. He is not yet Two-Face, but the cracks are starting to form. His bad side, Big Bad Harv, will come out mid-sentence when he becomes angry. So there are times when lines will transition between Harvey's normal voice and his Two-Face voice. He is also warm when around friends but a formal politician when with the public and coworkers.
Harvey Dent appears in six episodes and one two-minute short.

Yes, and I'm glad to say that another one of Rupert Thorne's criminal rings has now been broken. As I stated in my re-election campaign, I will not rest until Gotham City has been de-Thorned once and for all!
