The deurtagonist of chapter 4, she is the director of the emergency department with schemes to take over. She views things in a very business like manner, more concerned with the numbers of people treated than the quality of care. Think of her like an accountant with a medical license.
She has a preference for symmetry and balance which should reflect in her voice, mostly looking at things very objectively but not afraid to shoo people away if they are no longer profitable.
This role will be repeated in greater depth for chapter 4.
