She has autism (as stated by Oro himself) and is in a healthy relationship with Steven (Which is NOT canon in the original Strangled Red lore, it's only in FandomVerse). Her voice is caring and kind, like Kaede Akumatsu from DRv3 or Penny from The Amazing World of Gumball
