He's the goofball in the party, every line sounds a bit silly or light-hearted. In contrast to the other characters who are borderline depressed.

I think it'll be up to the voice actor if Utke is trans or not. It's not mentioned in the story. Also your audition is AMAZING!! Wow! It's going to be so hard to choose only one person. :o
