Lucia was the wife to one of New York's biggest crime boss and the mother of the child who will run the gang. But when she was caught in the mutagen bomb she was trapped inside of mutant town with no way to contact her son. She teams up with the person who killed her husband to retrieve her son, but her plan quickly changes and wants to use the murderer to train her son to be an assassin.
