Voice Inspiration(s) Side Note: Her voice is envisioned to be very middle-aged, slightly assertive & motherly. Her cadences/accent is very akin to actress, Joan Rivers. If that gives you a better vocal notes to go off of, go for it. If not, you're welcome to surprise me with any kind of interpretation for the character.
