We are looking for a talented and passionate visual novel sprite artist to join our team so we can turn our fantasy radio drama series into a visual novel. The style we are seeking is anime/semi-realistic, capturing the essence of visual novel aesthetics with knee-and-above character illustrations.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, knee-and-above sprite art for various characters, each with multiple expressions and poses.


• Collaborate closely with the art director, writers, and other team members to ensure characters fit the visual style and narrative of the visual novel.


• Design and illustrate characters that are visually appealing and expressive, enhancing the storytelling experience.


• Implement feedback and make necessary revisions to meet the artistic vision and quality standards of the project.


• Manage time effectively to deliver artwork within set deadlines.
