Of course, the chosen person will find out the identity of the character. The Woman could be considered as being in her mid-20s. A formal tone of voice hiding many secrets. Should also sound confident yet unnerving. Preferably a British Accent.
The chosen voice actress should ideally have some knowledge of Doctor Who, as this will be important to the project, and identity of the character they will portray. The character will also appear in full on the finale covers. So the voice actress should be comfortable with their face appearing on covers, they might also need to provide character photos, so that would mean designing a look, this will be easier when the chosen individual learns the identity of this Woman.
