Tape Guy plays a minor role in an upcoming audio-drama. Tape Guy was the team lead of a past group of engineers hired by Fazbear Entertainment that have apparently abandoned the location they were sent to. The Tape Guy never reveals his name, and his recording, which future employees find, only gives hints as to when and where in time he entered into the facility. The only thing he does reveal is the reason he is documenting his activities: To cover his rear so he cannot be held responsible for Fazbear Entertainment's faulty management later.

The Tape Guy has a very loquacious and charismatic personality. A man who just from the way he speaks and sounds you can tell he loves to hear himself talk. Extroverted, enthusiastic, and opinionated. He is very energetic, a bit impulsive, and considers his life an adventure he is happy to be on. He was born a salesman, yet somehow ended up as an engineer. His team trusts him, even when what he talked about is clearly dangerous. Yet his warm delivery can somehow put people at ease.

Those familiar with Wathel Broggie from "Return to Bloody Nights" should look at his performance for inspiration for the tone and personality we are looking for in Tape Guy.

  • “*long sigh* Okay, so I might as well document what we’ve found so far. For the record. It’s weird, and it sucks. I’m not about to get fired over this project. But, we are doing our best here.”

  • “Fazbear Entertainment could’ve hired some high schoolers if they just wanted to move some boxes to and fro. So I doubt we have been called upon to actually root around. So the only conclusion we have left is to finish projects we found on the ground floor.”
