Full of confidence, he constantly refers to himself as "THE GREAT PAPYRUS" and is determined to capture a human to gain fame and friends. Despite his brash and egotistical exterior, Papyrus is kind-hearted, optimistic, and brave. His occasional naivety and obliviousness are balanced by moments of cunning, as seen when he uses reverse psychology to trick Undyne. Even in the face of danger, he remains hopeful and forgiving, always believing in the best of others.

His voice should be loud, charismatic, and full of enthusiasm, with a touch of innocence and sincerity.
