A weird man who insists in wearing a paper bag over his head. He is pretty involved in the community but no one knows anything about him other than that he is from Mexico and that he enjoys eating. Does pretty much any kind of volunteer work as long as a home cooked meal is promised (He can't cook and is sick of fast food)


He is a pretty big dude. Fat.


His voice is deep. Would be interesting to hear a Mexican accent approach to his lines (PLEASE only give him a Mexican accent if you yourself are Mexican)
