From the pokepasta (Pokemon Creepypasta) Prevention of Evolution, EEeEE is a shiny Eeeve who wanted to evolve really bad.

It was "adopted" by Echo when they found each other, and are fine with each other. It's really nice, but can get a bit grumpy sometimes.
