From one of the popular pokepastas (Pokemon Creepypasta) "Lost Silver", Silv is a living husk creature thing that's really jokeful, and has saved Blake on top of Mount Silver from almost freezing to death.

He's the older brother to Mini, and likes to help people in need. He can also magically turn into a cat if he wants to, think of the Cheshire cat, but isn't really all that crazy when it comes to his appearance in that form.

His voice is raspy, but not too raspy.
