Character Description
Who is a secret agent in charge of the Secret Freedom Fighters. Despite his brilliance and pragmatism, Who was dismissed by the previous king, Max, only to come out of retirement to assist Elias in defeating Naugus. Committed to this task, Who serves as the mentor of his team, and is determined to accomplish their goals by any means necessary.
Voice Description
Harvey Who should have a deep and sophisticated voice showing a lot of wisdom and age. The frame of reference for this voice is Hal Smith for Owl in Winnie the Pooh. However, it shouldn't be an exact match, given the differences in their character. Use the voice as a baseline, but change the deliveries and inflections to be harsher, matching the wise, taciturn, elder strategist that Who is.
You do not need to be totally exact with the performance but it is recommended to be as close as possible.
