Whoever is assigned this role would be the Voice Actor for Keigi Hakaisha, Koichi Kashimaru, and half of the male background characters. Payment will be provided for work and at a negotiable rate, but may not exceed $5.00 per episode.
Keigi is Dark Isemiovrei, a Dark Ultra who is the father of Ultraman Vylcan and Ultrawoman Anastasia. He is also the former leader of the criminal organization known as the Typhonian Project and was corrupted into his current, dark form by the Reaprea‘s Lord Particles. His corrupted form is Tactical, Egotistical, Ruthless, Cruel, extremely Vainglorious, Greedy, and Manipulative.
Koichi is a Commander within ESIDARS Japan’s command structure, ranking just below Supreme Commander Chigusa Kumagai. He is Caring, Understanding, Generous, Brave, Heroic and can be very Strict.
