CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia) is a group of genetic disorders that affects your adrenal glands, which produce hormones your body needs to function properly. The narrative arc to this video is one of learning and discovery by people who have just learned about CAH because they've met someone who has it. They don't know anything about CAH at the beginning, but are earnestly interested, care and want to support. This character has no discernible accent of place.  This is a roommate, so more casual. The main tone we would like to convey is someone young-ish, without much knowledge or experience but who is empathetic and friendly, wants to learn and help.
