Vulgar, petty and inconsiderate, Radge is a insectoid shapeshifter who craves acceptance, while (ironically) refusing to change himself in any meaningful way to deserve it. A member of the enigmatic Apostates, Radge acts as a scapegoat for his allies- discerning what actions are intentional to furthering the Apostates' mysterious goals from the nonsensical activities Radge sets himself to is an impossible task for even the most well-informed factions of Reliving Elegy.

- To describe Radge as the scum of the earth would be gravely inaccurate: at his core, Radge does want to do good, and does want to make the world a better place by being a part of it. However, he doesn't know how to accomplish this and really doesn't like doing things that don't immediately benefit him, so he often finds himself at odds with those who possess a better (rather, any) sense of morality.

- Radge possesses an incredible mind, one that takes advantage of his complex and well-honed senses. From a mere odor, he can discern its chemical composition, its properties and its origins. At a glance, he can effortlessly reduce intricate mathematical equations to answers, and break down its meanings to the finest degree of precision. By only a touch, he can feel the pulse of blood through a person's body, hear the faintest obstructions in their circulation and understand their ills. Unfortunately, Radge uses this incredible talent to find half-molded fruits behind unattended market stalls and predict opportunities to solicit frightened pedestrians for cigarettes and booze.

- Radge's usual voice is up in the air: I can hear him as frustatingly nasally, or closer to Norm MacDonald, or akin to James Woods. Ultimately, I'm open to any interpretation of the character, so long as I end up wanting to hit him with my car.

- When speaking to his friends, Radge is lackadaisy and blunt; a comedian of coincidence. Though not often intending to invite laughter, he is glad for it. His commentary is often... questionable.

- When speaking to strangers, he is tactless and unafraid. If they play along, they'll be fine, if greatly annoyed. Contesting Radge's activity will result in either a sequence of uncouth insults or various uncomfortable bug noises.

- When thinking or otherwise talking exclusively to himself, he drops his adopted human accent and adopts a cold, calculating tone. He is the Radendin, an ancient being that seeks a peace of their choosing, and willing to do whatever it takes to not just survive, but achieve contentment.

  • (Speaking to companions; relaxed, observant and enthusiastic) "You got problems, blondie; A LOT of 'em. I don't think I'd like you if you weren't so screwy! HAH!- AND LONELY! HA-HAH! ah-hANH-HANH!

  • (Talking to an acquaintance; candid and unflinchingly mean) "Look, I found this hat in the dumpster behind a hooters with a half order of ranch wings and a quart of beer inside. If you don't believe in luck, get laid bucko."

  • (Alone: a shadowed whisper, emotionless and meticulous) "They all think like me, but less- as though they are here, but not willing to accept it. Through gibberish clicks and strange, guttural sounds, I know I’m right. Each speaks of death, or capture, or blinding light, but none question what occurs now. "
