One of the main factors that the singing vocals and Fluttershy both have in common is that they both deliver with a soft-spoken voice. Fluttershy's voice should go well with a song that's originally pop ballad!
The lyrics explore themes of longing and emotional vulnerability, which both go well with Fluttershy's sensitive and empathetic personality.
