Abraham Montgomary is an elderly man, he is centuries old and is the Overseer of Serenity, which means he rules it and his words are final. He is a wise man however he knows his demise nears and will do anything delay this especially trying to kill the hero of the tale without getting blood on his own hands. He is the leader of the council of 5, however and the most polite and fairest of them all.
He is kind hearted and even when forced into hindering progress by the council he also tries to help too.
He has the most monologues so far.

I have called you all here today regarding a deeply troubling matter. It appears that the hero of prophecy has arrived and we all know that means that each and everyone of us shall ultimately meet our demise. We have to come to some agreement that will not mean us to bloody our hands personally, in this instance I call upon the four of you to suggest possible solutions. Whichever decision I take it will mean the loss of one life. I can’t let an innocent man die, yet if I die the land will be taken over by the other members... The citizens would be safer and more better off in Purgatory.

Thank you about the YouTube video. Most of what is in there happens in the show but there are a few placeholders there as i only have 30 premium downloads a month. This is more or less what the opening titles will look like on the episodes with a different song reflecting on either the 'Previously on The Purgatorians' segment or teasing what is going to happen in the episode.
