DESCRIPTION
Kyoko Hori is the main protagonist of Horimiya. She is a student in Class 3-1 of Katagiri Senior High School
PERSONALITY
Kyoko is normally a very energetic and popular person who always creates a happy atmosphere around herself. She is a hard worker in all aspects of her life, and, according to Izumi Miyamura, she scores above 90% for all her tests. When nervous or embarrassed, she tends to switch to a violent state. This is seen when Kyosuke Hori asks if Miyamura was her boyfriend, resulting in her turning red and shoving a hot ladle into his face

(Talking to her mom) "Hey mom, got it, I'll handle dinner. Overtime sucks, I know. Bye."
(Normal) "You really think I'd react that way? I'm not going to lie and say it wasn't awkward, because we both know it was. It freaked me out to see such a different side of you. But I'm different out of school too. So that'd be a pretty silly reason to straight up avoid y- uh."
(Freaked / Thinking) "Uh, I don't know what's popular but I know all the words to a frickin anime theme!"
