Sleepy for Waluigi
Waluigi joins Wario in the Mushroom Kingdom Resistance to escape Voldemort and find protection. But much to their displeasure, Daisy has their work cut out for them.
Personality:
Waluigi is a slimy and cunning Italian. He is slender and nimble, but he's often the butt of every joke, getting the short end of the stick. This makes him really self conscious.
Voice Direction:
A mid to high voice with an Italian accent. I think we all know how Waluigi sounds like.

(Angry) “Not Good?” That’s the understatement of the century! Things here are TERRIBLE! Voldemort and Bowser have taken over the entire Mushroom Kingdom! Toad Town has become a WAR ZONE!
(Boastful) And the only one who gets to humiliate Luigi is WALUIGI!! WAH HA HA!
