Ethan Drake is a young and inexperienced rookie cop who is very hard working, charismatic, brave, strong willed, and has a very sarcastic and wise guy sense of humor. On top of all that Ethan is extremely skilled when it comes to quick thinking and assessing a situation. We see the events of the series unfold through Ethan’s eyes and we see him try to adapt to the circumstances he finds himself in. While Ethan has many strengths, his biggest flaw is his naivete. He tends to be too trusting of people early on and it tends to put himself and others in danger as well as the fact that he first refuses to let go of his morals and values even given the circumstances of what the world has become. His optimism and hopefulness are both his greatest strength and weakness.
