Richard Gibson for Felix Richter
Felix Richter is the overseer of the Isolated Society Study. Not much else is known about him. His attitude frequently ping-pongs back and forth between lightheartedness and cruelty. Later on, his levity is even more juxtaposed with the dark situation, and he becomes much more cold and sinister.

If you would, could everyone come to the entrance while I speak? Don’t worry, I should be able to be heard all over the facility. You’ve been invited here by the Golding Foundation, you'll be taken care of to the best of our ability, blah blah blah blah!"
(talking to himself) "Bastard… micromanaging every little thing I do here. The true Golding standard sure is a strict code of honor. He’s holding me back… holding himself back…Hell! He’s holding this whole company back with all his rules and idiosyncrasies…When I’m in charge… things are going to be a bit different…"
(a little eerie but still professional) "The end? Yes, I think I did say that. Allow me to clarify...This is the end of a pretense. The end of a facade...Ahaha! Ahahaha! Ahahahahahaha! (sinister) Oh, how I’ve been waiting for this moment! These past few days have been hell! Just a living hell, I tell you! Excruciating! You have no idea how I’ve had to hold myself back just to preserve the illusion! Finally! I can leave that act behind me!"
