Richard Gibson for William Lansky
William is a very egotistical man who strives for the very best. First chair trombone back in high school and top of his class, the word failure is not in his vocabulary. He will acknowledge those who fall in line with his authority, and admonishes those he sees as incompetent. William knows all there is to know about the public-facing side of the Golding Foundation and is constantly sucking up to them.
Things to keep in mind:
-Very pompous (but not British) and egotistical
-Grandiose way of speaking, as if he is always proclaiming something or giving a speech

(confident) "Now then, as for the subject of mayor... It’s only natural that someone of my caliber would be given the position. Frankly, holding an election of any sort would be a huge waste of time. My intelligence and ability to command is undisputed and surely the Golding Foundation knows that as well. Of course, it’s the most fair and natural outcome there is. Obviously no one present is on my level. The only natural choice is for me to lead."
(threatening) "But remember this, and remember it well. I will have my supporters. That is an inevitability. And if you aren’t one of them, if you specifically choose not to be among them…Your stay in the Isolated Society Study may turn out to be less than pleasant. As I’ve said… my supporters, my power, my judgment… all of it is inevitable. So now I ask you. Would you make the smart decision and be among my supporters? Or would you act the fool and stand against me, William Lansky, your superior?"
(not confident, upset, but wanting to maintain order) "Ahem! E-Everyone… please return to your rooms. T-That’s… an order. You must obey me… please."
