The "Thinker" is a random villain who appears, causing trouble within the city. His quirk "telekinesis" allows him to move things with his mind as long as he knows where it is within his environment in a 300-meter radius. Even though he can use his mind to freeze/move people and objects, he isn't the brightest... He's a loud and arrogant villain.
Depending on the outcome of the YouTube series and how much this character appears, this may or may not be paid later on.

(Arrogant, Loud) You heroes... You're the ones who ruined this world! Our leader will correct you!
(In pain) N-No..! How can you break through my Quirk?! Insignificant pests, begone from my sight!
(Resisting) Eugh... it's not over..! Our leader won't rest until all you heroes are dead!
