Alyxian is both the primary Mcguffin and the primary antagonist of the Call of the Netherdeep Module and thus, the primary focus of Act 1 of our campaign. He is a champion of the Calamity who was trapped in a pocket dimension at the end of the war and has been isolated and driven insane by the darkness.
I lived in service of others, selflessly, for I knew no other way. Now, forgotten, hanging between life and death, I can think of naught but regret for a life haunted and unlived.
