"Joey is very fond of formalities. Sometimes irritatingly so. He always starts an investigation with "good afternoon" or "Welcome". Are you really supposed to make a suspect feel welcome? That's a little strange to me. Nevertheless, he's extremely talented at what he does. One of the best detectives I have ever hired. Even after that- "accident" he experienced, he has been amazing. However, as a detective, he should learn to act kinder with his co-workers rather than his suspects."
