This role will entail needing to be 16 and up and having 2-3 years' worth under your belt. 

We are looking for someone who has:

Understanding of light and color: Knowledge of how light and color interact to create mood, depth, and visual interest.

Software proficiency: Expertise in relevant design or animation software.

Perspective mastery: A strong grasp of how to create realistic and convincing 3D spaces through the use of perspective.

Ability to break down scenes: Can analyze storyboards or scripts to plan and design effective backgrounds.

Basic understanding of physics: While not always a must, some knowledge of how objects move and interact within a scene can be beneficial for creating realistic backgrounds.
