TrentGM for Beckett
An old friend — and something of a role model — of Mallory's from their teenage basement show years. Having spent the past decade turning down permanent positions in favour of juggling odd jobs with occasional freelance session work, he surprised everyone when he joined No Prospects.
Early 30s. Masculine. Deep voice, calm and laid-back. Bit of a stoner, bit of a bro, and super easy to get along with.
Canadian accent.

“Sorry – what do you mean? I’m just sitting with a friend. Anyway, what are we listening to?” [Friendly, teasing, slightly concerned. Trying to cheer up Mal – the aforementioned friend who is currently sulking with their earbuds in – and get them to confide in him.]

Normally I use a noise gate to help hide the sounds of my shirt in the recording, but I turned it off for the audition.
