Larry is a member of the Koopalings. He has a light blue shell and a big mohawk to boot. He cares a lot about his hair. He is sent to Arendelle to capture Luigi.
Personality:
Larry is a young Koopa that wants to rise above his peers. He always talks big, but when the situation is no longer in his favor, he cowers. He's "all talk, little bite" .

Larry doesn't have an official speaking voice, but he should sound like a young juvenile delinquent who thinks he's a big shot, when in actuality he's pretty cowardly. Think like how a young troublemaker would sound.
