Olaf the Snowman first debut in the feature film Frozen (2013). He's a short snowman with removable appendages and a heightened awareness. In Paper Mario: The Rise of Voldemort. Olaf is struck with amnesia, he has forgotten his past and who he is. He sets off with Mario and the gang to find answers, inevitably joining their party.
Personality: Olaf is a cheerful and optimistic snowman who sees the bright side in almost everything. As a result, he in incredibly naive and takes things at face value. Another key attribute to his character in RoV is that he has very intense mood swings. One moment he's the cuddly and happy snowman we all know and somewhat love, but he can easily shift to angry and chaotic at a moments notice. Despite his mood swings and heightened sentience, Olaf is a loyal partner who always puts his friend over himself and is eager to prove himself as a true hero after years of being seen as a comedic joke.
Voice Direction:
The basis should be somewhat similar to the original Frozen films. But please put your own spin on it to compliment Olaf's characterization in Rise of Voldemort.

(Breaking down)…*sigh*...yeah…I’m not fine…I’m not fine at all. I’ve never done anything like this before. Going out into the battlefield with a full squad guns blazing fighting for a cause. It all looks so easy for you guys. But for me…I’m terrified. My non-existent bones are quivering. What if this doesn’t go well? What if we all die? What if Elsa and the others are right? Ugh…I’m just a joke…I can’t do this.
