Laura is an anxious cat that is a complete workaholic. The whole of BearBuses customer service rests on her shoulders and additionally she studies for an online degree on the side. Her addiction to energy drinks isn't helping her mental and physical health either. (We're looking for a cute, high pitched voice. When she speaks to the customer, her voice should be calm and professional, but turns shrill when the Detective is trying to distract her from work)

• Duck :) = Can you tell me more about Freddy Frederson?         


• Cat :) (to customer) = Let me put you on hold, while I find the route for you.         


• Cat >:( = FREDDY?!?         


• Cat >:( = He gets paid more than me, can you imagine that?!         


• Cat >:( = What an incompetent waste of office space!!         


• Cat :) (to customer) = Hello, this is Laura again. I checked the bus routes and found that...-
