Traffic is an NPC character in Phighting that opens the Title menu for the player. He's also kind of a hippie. And really weird. He should probably have the stereotypical Surfer/Stoner voice and his pitch should be Medium.

(P.S. This character doesn't have a lot of lines in-game.)
