Zyzx for Legion Scorpionarius Decanus
The Legion is not just a band of raiders and slavers, but instead a genuine roving army that conquers and enslaves anyone who dares to stand against them. Full of warriors from 86 tribes, the Legion is no stranger to war, and fighting against the more technologically advanced NCR, their strength has been finally put to the test.
This Decanus is observing a group of Legionnaires attempting to fix a howitzer, to no avail. He intervenes, deciding to go find the schematics to help them out.
