Mid 30's, muscular and commanding presence. Full of pride and feeling of self-importance. Knows he is "the man" in Upper Riven, answering only to the big wigs that run the city. Good with the public, as his physical frame and supreme confidence make it easy to rally behind him. Educated and speaks extremely well - being gifted in politics and knows how to play both sides in matters of public relations.
(Serious, with a hint of assurance to quell the people’s fear through his words.) “At this time, we are gathering evidence to hunt down this freak and bring them to justice. To the people that we are sworn to protect, I have this message for you. We, at RCPD, will protect you from any threat that may arise. We’ll have this matter resolved in no time.”
