For the voice of Mephiles, he should have a low and deep masculine voice with a hint of mystery and dark intention. He is a master manipulator and uses that to his advantage in the re-telling of Sonic 06.

(Convincing/ Conniving) “You were not sent here to make friends and to trust blindly. You and I have the same goal, and that is to track down and eliminate the Iblis Trigger. I believe this ‘Sonic’ is still going to be responsible for his release.”
(Loud/ Maniacal/Corrupted) "A slave, am I? Fool, it is YOU and those pathetic wastes who will become my slaves! This is what it feels like to harness ultimate power: the power... of a GOD!"
(I can only hear your take on one side of my headphones so idk what happened there lol) As for your audition, I think the voice could be much deeper as well as cooler, calm, and collected in the delivery. Otherwise, the last line was pretty good on the take, just needed to be even more erratic!
