The Zipper Bunch Band Show (PILOT)
Proceed for Zippo the Dog
AGE: 34 (male)
BORN: Boston, Massachusetts
The spokesperson, ringleader, lead singer and the face of the Zippo's WunderFunland amusement park, as well as the self-proclaimed (egotistically thinking) leader and manager of the fictional Zipper Bunch Band group; a confident top dog of his own belief. Onstage, he usually sings and performs lead vocals. It's not unusual for him to be short-tempered at times; he’s not really that bright as he seems, particularly in situations in which he's put in a frustrating authority position due to the crazy antics within the band backstage. Nevertheless, he tries to always remain cheerful and kind-hearted while keeping everything under control (and his own cool), although sometimes he can be a bit selfish and full of himself at times.
As for Cassie the Horse, his main love interest, Zippo discovers that he's involved in a love triangle battle with his friend, Chompy the Crocodile, who loves her too. He may need to step things up to stand a chance.
Must be able to put on a confident-sounding yet sorta natural cartoony voice, while maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below, and also to be able to sing as well in said voice:
-
Voice inspiration #1 - Fleegle (Jeff Bergman; The Banana Splits in The Magic Machine) -
Voice inspiration #2 - Captain Rescue (Garry Chalk; Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog)
