Phoebe Nightlock: A series of letters

Phoebe is a 17 year old girl who has been caught for a murder. When she is executed she reads out letters to the people close to her.
Phoebe has a light voice, but it sounds like she is choked up whilst reading the letters.
Her parents have always been neglectful, but she has lived in the false hope that one day she would be able to win their approval.
Clara & Vi (like Viper) are her best friends whom she's known since kindergarten. She has always loved them, and has been shattered since their deaths.
Toby Hackel (pronounced like Tackle) is a new confidant of Phoebe's. He's been there for her in her hardest times, and is like an older brother to her.

Hi Mom and Dad. I... My first memories are of being home alone. You two were always out doing your own thing, and never had time to spend on me. But you're spending time now. This is my fault, in the end. I was an idiot to think that maybe if I bailed you both out then I would be able to finally get you to smile at me, and tell me you love me, or teach me something.
Please take a lesson from me, and to an extent, yourself. Don't let your grief over Arnie, or anyone else, (I do not expect to be mourned), get the better of you. Let it run it's course, but don't let it run so far that you're left behind. I wish you, Carson, Seth, and Vanya nothing but the best. Love you, Tobes.
I'm sorry, Toby. You were right, I was being selfish. I hope you can forgive me for what I just did. You told me on the day Clara died that I should learn to control my grief and not let it destroy me. I guess that I never took that lesson to heart...
