The Hooded Clergy is encountered on a street corner, warning a disinterested crowd of the dangers of magic. They are a bit of a fanatic, crying out to any who will listen about the terrible danger posed by unrestricted study of the arcane.
Fellow citizens! Open your eyes! There is danger that lurks in our world—-over, beneath, and through all things! It is the risk of temptation! It offers promises of grandeur, control–but the result is chaos! Destruction! What is this danger, you ask? It is the siren song of the arcane!
