Sounds like Stimpy from Ren and Stimpy and Derek Stephen Prince but I do like it, it was quite entertaining.

    Thanks! I literally know next to nothing about the show or this character. I just saw the casting call, saw the character, and was like hey this guy looks interesting. I can try looking up the actual voice if I can re-audition.
