Dr Mark Hauswirth for "Authority over Accustomed" ~ Dr. Tobias Anderson (M, 52 year old, emotionless)
Dr. Anderson spent most of his childhood in a remote space colony. At 14, he successfully completed medical school and went on to become a Virologist. At 28, he met his wife and settled down with his family. When his daughter was 8, a virus broke out and irradicated his colony. Only 1% survived. To prevent panic, an unknown entity erased all mention of the virus or the planet’s location. Dr. Anderson found his way out after an operation saved his life. Unfortunately, the chip implanted in his spinal column was not able to save his emotionality. He is very logical and can almost never show emotion. He’s been with “The Briquette” for a year.

Based on my memory files, I was certainly much more conversational before the operation. However, looking back it was either proceed with implementation or cease life. The implant was the logical choice.
I believe I have synthesized something that might work as long as you can keep these clean up missions at bay.
