A bit short-tempered, witty, and reckless, Rotor has no hesitation in taking on Eggman and his robots. He's confident, but can definitely smell when it gets fishy. He's got a mission and a drive, and whether or not that will lead to him gaining a family in the Freedom Fighters is up in the air.

I'm not gonna lie to you. I tried my best to not say "Inspired by Markiplier..." But it just didn't work out. And I don't mean like the stereotypical Markiplier impression. I mean, normal, everyday talking Markiplier. Like, 2020 - present Markiplier. Kinda chill, but can still totally scream his head off if need be.
