Qine, or Qinhata as his proper Khajiiti name is, is a Tojay-raht Khajiit vampire follower available to find in Skyrim. He is known to have "the body of a warrior, but the mind of an archmage". Amongst the few who've heard his name, he's highly esteemed for his magical skill, especially in conjuration. His hedonistic loves are food, drink, and sweets. He cares not if you are vampire or mortal, if you disturb him or his closest companions, you will find yourself hurled into Oblivion.
Qine's in trouble. He tricked the trickster, cheated Sanguine out of a pitcher of Goat's Blood Wine. Now he is trying to clean up the damage of his deception, but his friends are not where they said they'd be. For now, banned from entering cities, he camps outside of Riften drinking Black Briar Mead until he hears any word of his companions. Qine's voice is described as low, oftentimes monotonous, and thickly accented.

(Meeting the Player.) You. Speaker with Sanguine. What did he talk of? What are you doing with the one named Arenza? You answer Qine, or he sends you to Oblivion.
(During the jailbreak.) This one finds you are just as moronic as his good friend Arenza... but to that end, you are important to her. Take this. Khajiit will see what he can do.
(Asking about his romantic life.) Qine delights in the company of his companions, he does not wish to slather lips and tails with others. Why, do you have interest in him? No? Then this one is surprised you are still talking. Khajiit suggests you silence yourself swiftly.
