Scourge is to Sonic as Eggman Nega is to Eggman. A mirror version of the "good" character without morals. Like Sonic, Scourge is arrogant and overconfident. Unlike Sonic, he is extremely selfish and excessively brutal. Scourge has been shown as willing to kill enemies for sport, and in fact has already done so in the past. Were it not for Rouge's interference, he would have killed Locke at the Emerald Altar.
Scourge is also just as harsh a speaker as he is a fighter. He is the only character in the comic series to use profanity on a near regular basis. What he's actually saying is left to the reader to figure out, as the traditional symbols (@#$%) are used in these occasions.

Hey the accent is something I'm looking for. Can you give him a deeper pitch? I want to hear him sound like a bad boy who's leader of a biker gang. Make him sound more tough and cold.
Also can you slow down on "what I'm gonna do..." then emphasize more on "is Break Your World!"?
