The villain of Issue 1 and a newcomer to Gotham. He's trying to make a name for himself, but he is overly cocky and arrogant.


Looking for a type of tough-guy voice for this particular character.

This one isnt working well for me its lacking the energy needed to make this character work, Hes loud and tbh annoying lol also the audio quality needs improvements but its a decent attempt
