After you finish your assignment set there is a minimum payment of 20usd (Meaning if its a far more complex set then another payment is increased); An example of an assignment set would be 'Create a rough draft design of [insert character]' or 'please write a plot premise for chapter 3'.     I'm sorry but I'm unsure how you are confused I thought I was relatively clear. Team members get an assignment, and once it's finished, they get paid for it, Minimum 20 USD.
