Asani and her sister Naveah were always troublemakers. They stole, spied, and caused mischief. As teenagers they were avid thieves. Spending time in and out of juvenile hall did nothing to shape them into abiding citizens as they continued to steal throughout their lives. Asani was the more timid one, the one people never suspected to cause trouble in such a way. She was more the quiet observer while her sister was the brash instigator. Their dynamic made for an interesting conversation to be sure. Asani was always the one nobody suspected, making it rather easy for her to get away with certain things. After thieving their way to jail multiple times, they decided to take a more legitimate route to make money. The two applied to be bartenders in a club called Underworld, owned by an ex-NET soldier named Jet. They both got the job and started immediately. Shortly after being hired, they were told to keep ears and eyes open for any black market trading opportunities. A few years have passed and they still continue to bartend.
