The Brotherhood of Steel is a quasi-religious military organization dedicated to locating and preserving technology from those who would abuse it. They are known for accosting travelers for technology and have been at war with the New California Republic for quite some time. During New Vegas, they are a shadow of what they once were due to the war.
This Brotherhood Scout is scouting out the NCRCF before being ambushed by a Powder Ganger and getting blown to bits.
