ItsMeTera for Brotherhood Initiate # 1
The Brotherhood of Steel is a quasi-religious military organization dedicated to locating and preserving technology from those who would abuse it. They are known for accosting travelers for technology and have been at war with the New California Republic for quite some time. During New Vegas, they are a shadow of what they once were due to the war.
This Initiate is talking to another about their discontent with the bunker's lockdown.

Oh, hey Gottlieb... Is it that noticable? I guess... I guess it's just the lockdown. It's beginning to take it's toll.
I do. I do. But that doesn't mean I don't think it's cumbersome. We spend our days in VR and live fire simulations.
We eat synthetic rations and whatever our topside teams manage to scrounge up. We do nothing but train, and train, and train.
