It's simple. I just need a decent female voice actor that sounds close to the Team Fortress 2 Administrator, and have her say these lines just like at the very beginning of "Meet the Spy." Also, the Administrator in my depressed version of TF2 is the same character in the normal version. No need to add the reverb either since I will add it.
